A dynamic style designed to align you with the changing energies of nature and the seasons. A practice that improves physical strength and flexibility and brings balance and harmony to your life. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on the belief that all humanity is part of the natural environment and that health or balance can only be achieved when one follows the natural law, adapting to the changes of the seasons and the surrounding environment. The theories of yin and yang, together with the notion of the five elements, were developed through ancient Chinese rituals of observing natures ever changing cycles. These five elements are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water.
